Join us for a captivating day exploring one of Mallorca’s most picturesque gems: Sóller and its stunning port. Our journey begins at 9:00 AM as we head to Sóller.
Walking through the historic center of Sóller is like stepping back in time. Surrounded by endless groves of fragrant orange and lemon trees set against the majestic backdrop of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, it’s easy to see why Archduke Luis Salvador once described it as the most beautiful village on the island.
Sóller’s unique architecture is a testament to its rich history, featuring the influence of Joan Rubió i Bellver, a renowned disciple of Gaudí. Among his masterpieces are the neo-Gothic Church of Sant Bartomeu and the iconic Sóller Bank. As you wander the charming streets, you’ll discover a blend of traditional Mallorcan homes, elegant palaces with French influences, and striking modernist buildings.
We’ll continue our journey to its natural port. Just a short drive away, this idyllic harbor—once a refuge for fishermen and a bustling trade route between Mallorca and France—is now a favorite summer destination for visitors from around the world. Nestled within the UNESCO World Heritage Serra de Tramuntana, the Port of Sóller offers breathtaking views, pristine beaches, boutique shops, delightful restaurants, and countless activities to enjoy.
For lunch, we’ll dine at a restaurant perched high above the harbor, where you’ll savor one of Mallorca’s finest paellas while taking in unparalleled views of the port and surrounding mountains. With full hearts and satisfied appetites, we’ll then stroll back to our coach for a relaxing return to the starting point, concluding the excursion at approximately 5:00 PM.
